All mockups, dashboard previews, and numerical values presented on this website are illustrative simulations designed to demonstrate dataviz capabilities and do not represent actual customer financials or contractual guarantees.

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, software platforms (including HiWise Mebae and Meu Suado Dinheirinho), logos, and written content are the exclusive intellectual property of HiWise.

5. Advisory Scope & Limitation of Liability

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with the courts of Franca, State of São Paulo, holding exclusive jurisdiction.
