HiWise Consultoria Estratégica (CNPJ 62.443.938/0001-33), headquartered in Franca/SP, Brazil, is strictly committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of personal and business data entrusted to us, adhering strictly to the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018).

1. Data Controller & Data Protection Officer (DPO)

The data controller for this institutional website is HiWise. Our designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) is Felipe Hiroshi Katsuno, reachable at fhkatsuno@hiwise.com.br.

2. Collected Data and Purposes

We collect only data voluntarily submitted through our 'Business X-Ray' booking form (full name, company name, title, corporate email, phone/WhatsApp, and operational challenges). This information is used exclusively to facilitate strategic communication and initial business diagnosis.

3. Legal Bases (LGPD Art. 7)

Data processing is legally grounded on LGPD Art. 7, V (pre-contractual procedures at the data subject's request), Art. 7, IX (legitimate interest), and Art. 7, I (explicit consent upon form submission).

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

HiWise never sells, leases, or trades personal or business data. Necessary infrastructure providers (such as secure email and hosting services) operate under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Security & Retention

Data is stored in encrypted servers (TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest) with restricted access controls, retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the intended purposes.

6. Data Subject Rights (LGPD Art. 18)

You may at any time request access, correction, deletion, anonymization, or revocation of consent by emailing fhkatsuno@hiwise.com.br.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential functional cookies (language and theme preferences) and anonymous Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure performance and optimize user experience.
